3. 45 minutes
Draw out the outline of your fruit or vegetable at a different angle to your other drawings.
Using the materials collected for prep work start your collage. Look closely at the different tones and shades in your object to produce a 3D image.

PETER BLAKE
Peter Blake is a Pop artist who uses collage to create images. He uses images of popular culture as well as letters as his subject matter.
Watch a teacher demonstration of how to produce a collage of a fruit or vegetable.

Choose one of the ‘Influence page’ pro-forma’s to use (you can adapt this but must keep all
the required components)
Complete all sections on the artist
Peter Blake: information, opinion,
analysis, images
Produce a small colour copy of
one of Blake’s collages
(in particular those of letters)
