Contributing to the problem is the fact that teens have easy access to vape pens and accessories. While consumers must be 18 years of age to purchase vape products, some vape retailers are not always Checking ID, which leads to minors in possession. Vape products may also be purchased on-line, with simply clicking a button stating you are age 18 and above. Some retailers are asking for a social security number Which is checked to verify the age of the person purchasing the products.
