1 Welcome to the NWTF 2019 Open Enrollment

2 In this video you will find:
A review of your benefits for this plan year Additional resources to guide you through your benefit options New enhanced benefit options for NWTF Open Enrollment meeting details New broker for our benefit plans

3 Open Enrollment This is the time of year when you can make benefit changes. You can add or drop coverage, add or drop dependents, and make any other necessary changes. You will enroll through the EMS portal on CBIZ . Details are on the open enrollment webpage. Vision

4 We still have 2 plans available: the base plan and the buy up plan.
Health Plan We still have 2 plans available: the base plan and the buy up plan. Disability

5 Medical Our health insurance will continue to be with Blue Cross Blue Shield. We are increasing the deductible on the base plan by $500. Employees will not see a change because NWTF will reimburse this amount. More details on this prior to open enrollment. On this plan our Health Incentive Account will also increase lowering your total exposure. The buy up plan will see no changes. Dental

7 Dental Blue Cross of SC will continue to be our carrier for Dental coverage Dental is bundled with our medical coverage Savings can vary from 5-25% by choosing an in network provider Routine check ups do count towards one of two available HIA credits for employee or spouse Life

8 Basic Life Insurance Sunlife Voluntary Term Life Sunlife
All employees are provided 1.5 times annual salary in life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment Employees are eligible for up to a $500k or 7 times salary (lessor of). If electing at open enrollment, evidence of insurability is required Disability Coverage

9 Long Term Disability Sunlife Vision Coverage EyeMed
NWTF provides employees with long term disability. Plan has a 90 day elimination and pays 60% of monthly salary up to 10k. Employees can purchase coverage that covers exams, materials and contacts. See your guide for more information. Disability Coverage

10 FLEX SPENDING Any changes to FSA contributions need to be submitted during open enrollment for plan year 1/1/ /31/2019 The maximum contribution for employees in 2019 is $2,700 Maximum of $5000 for dependent care if filing jointly, $2500 if married and filing separately Flex spending

12 Open Enrollment Timeline
Open Enrollment for benefits begins November 1st and ends on November 16th . These elections must be selected through EMS. Open enrollment elections are to be entered on EMS at CBIZ. 13 New Brokerage Firm The NWTF has changed our benefits brokerage to Clarke & Company Benefits. If you have issues with any of your benefits, have questions on how something is covered, or any general issues on benefits, please call Clarke & Company.
