NathCorp was established in year 2000, originally Known as NathTech. It was registered in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the year 2007 the Company was renamed to NathCorp and registered in Ranchi.

Mr. Rajevendra Nath is a 20 years veteran in the IT industry in variety of roles- technical marketing and management. He worked at Microsoft for 14 years before Joining NathCorp. He was focused on developing windows operating system since its earliest days, reference architecture for enterprise IT and starting a unit focused on IT solutions for small & medium Businesses.
