Who are we All 4U Care supports people living within their own homes, enabling and empowering them to be able to maintain their independence, with support as required so they are able to remain at home for as long as possible. Our carers offer their support in a way that does not intrude on their lives and will respect their needs and wishes at all times. Our carers have been developed to offer excellent services, who are compassionate, capable and reliable. The company will select staff who have the right experience and skills and who are passionate about making a difference to client lives. We will provide continuity, so we can provide the best quality of care at all times and notice if there is a deterioration in the clients health and well being. We will maintain an open and honest relationship with our clients and work in partnership with them as well as their families and any professionals involved with the person we are supporting.
Our Carers
All 4U Care takes great pride in the qualifications and compassion of our carers. All of our carers are well trained and experienced. We run a comprehensive background screening and full DBS on each prospective employee. As part of our continuing education policy, we require all of our carers to complete monthly in-service trainings. Our employees are insured in order to ensure your safety and trust.
Palliative Care
Palliative care at home allows you to stay in the place you feel most comfortable, surrounded by memories and the people you love. With the one-to-one support of a compassionate carer, who is experienced in palliative care, you can have specialist support whenever it is needed.
Home from Hospital
All 4U Care can help maintain independence for disabled or homebound service users. We help provide a smooth transition from a hospital to a home environment with continuity of care and offer quality care in the security, privacy and comfort of the service uses home. Our coordination team and care staff involve the family’s active input and support and eliminate anxiety of continued hospitalization for both the patient and their family.
Personal Care All 4U Care’s goal is to provide the utmost qualified and loving care in the comfort of your home. Our highly trained Carers are able to assist you or your loved ones with the necessary activities of daily living. From bathing to meal preparation to light housekeeping and more, rest assured that we have the right staff to make your life at home comfortable and enjoyable. Regardless of age or condition, we are able to create a care plan tailored specifically to your needs.
