3 Physical Activities How long should someone do physical activity for?
At least one hour each day That doesn’t necessarily mean doing a sport, but walking, jogging, and running are other physical activities. Example: Instead of playing fifa (soccer video game) → go play soccer outside with friends or practice on your own. Example: Instead of using elevators → use the stairs.

7 How much should one eat? Eat Small Amounts/Portions
Having smaller portions on your plate allows your brain to indicate to your stomach when it’s full and therefore doesn’t force it to eat more. But if you serve yourself large amounts of food, your are more likely to finish everything even when you are full already. Forcing oneself to eat a lot can provoke nausea, vomiting, stomachaches, sometimes it makes it harder to sleep and be physically active Know what hungry feels like, it’s not always that you’re hungry but you’re just craving food and forcing your stomach to eat when it’s not hungry → creating a false appetite. When you’re eating a meal, one should stop when they are satisfied and not full.
