2 About BRF Group Our History Food is what drives life, is what moves the world and what moves us. For more than 80 years, we produce foods that are a source of strength to put life into motion, every day, for the largest number of people worldwide. Today, we are one of the biggest food companies in the world, created from the association between Sadia and Perdigao, two giants of food market. We are global leaders in exporting animal protein and on producing foods that reach more than 150 countries in five continents.

Since the creation of BRF in 2009, we started demarcating the focus area of each of our brands, offering specific products for each sector and a unique assortment for those who appreciate quality food. Our products reach more than 150 countries, spread over five continents, and our food brands, such as Sadia, Perdigão, Qualy, Perdix and Paty. Our business model is "glocal", a neologism that names the simultaneous movement of globalization and valorization of the characteristics of each region where BRF operates, and we work on some pillars that expand our international operations: brand investment; Expansion of the portfolio; Advances in distribution and bet on local productions.

4 Corporate Structure he management model adopted by BRF in its global operations tailors its processes and products to diverse consumer profiles and habits, while respecting the cultural traditions of the regions where the company operates. This structure is called “glocal” – neologism coined to express this simultaneous movement of globalization and appreciation of the local characteristics of each region. In order to put each consumer at the heart of the business, we have decentralized management by dividing the Company’s operations into six strategic markets: Brazil, Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Each market is headed by a General Manager (GM) who reports to the Global CEO, Pedro Faria, who is also aided by five global vice presidents.
