3. AAQG RMC Auditor Sub Team Report
The team continues to function well although not consistently achieving its goal of responding to requests within 5 days.
Not achieving the 5 day response time is due to resumes being received with incomplete and/or missing information.

4. AAQG RMC Auditor Sub Team Report
The following recommendations are therefore being made to facilitate the auditor approval process:
Implement the use of the template that is used by Standards Council of Canada which requires completion by the applicants to show how they meet the requirements.
The AIR 5359 writing team to define “prime supplier”.
Rick Downs and Colin Clarke to visit RABQSA to provide some additional guidance for processing applications.
