Literacy time will be taught using a workshop method. At least 50% of the instruction will take place in small groups.

Homework assignments will be sent home each week. The assignments will be based on the focus skills for the week and also skills that are not explicitly taught in school such as tying shoes. On occasion students will have homework that support school projects. (i.e. geometric town)
