3 What is a Business Plan? A business plan is a written document that describes all the relevant internal and external elements and strategies for starting a new venture by an entrepreneur. It is a integration of functional plans such as marketing, finance, manufacturing, sales and human resources.

4 Why do clients buy Business Plans?
It is a requirement by banks and investors for funding. Professional writers can serve as a sounding board to help clients fine tune ideas. Clients want to become better organized and see if their concept is financially viable.

5 Selling A Business Plan
Ask why the client needs the business plan, the industry, and financial goals. Clients that are engaged in new, hybrid, international, or complex industries need to be directed to correct packages. We do not offer discounts for clients with existing business plans. We use the SBA’s preferred format and include industry and demographic research from the U.S. Census or free resources.
