Para completes self evaluation on rubric.
Evaluator reviews evidence and marks areas of agreement/disagreement on the rubric.
Para reviews rubric and additional evidence from evaluator.
Para and evaluator meet for conference and finish rubric.
A composite is completed at the end of the year.
