What is Micromeritics Analytical Services (MAS)? A Contract Analytical Laboratory offering a variety of routine and non-routine services We will analyze your samples and charge you for the number of samples analyzed. We feature Micromeritics products, but also offer additional analyses that complement those of Micromeritics product line.

What is MAS? Experienced group of scientists offering solutions to common problems Preparing Samples Analyzing Samples Reviewing Results Interpreting Results Suggesting alternative methods

What are the Benefits to YOU if you choose to outsource your analytical testing needs?

Benefits to YOU Benefits of Outsourcing 1.Pay only for the services needed Sample to Sample basis Pay for the type of turnaround needed (Rush or normal)

Benefits to YOU Benefits of Outsourcing 1.Pay only for the services needed 2.No capital equipment to purchase or maintain We have already made the capital equipment purchases and choose suppliers based upon the best instrument specifications, not cost. NO Repair and/or maintenance costs NO Down Time NO yearly accessory items need to be purchased Sample tubes Solvents, dispersants, liquid nitrogen, etc

Benefits to YOU Benefits of Outsourcing 1.Pay only for the services needed 2.No capital equipment to purchase or maintain 3.High Level of Experience 40+ years experience No need to constantly train and re-train employees

Benefits to YOU Benefits of Outsourcing 1.Pay only for the services needed 2.No capital equipment to purchase or maintain 3.High Level of Experience 4.Receive additional, objective perspectives for problem solving Additional resources and expertise New ideas Different perspectives and experiences

Benefits to YOU Benefits of Outsourcing 1.Pay only for the services needed 2.No capital equipment to purchase or maintain 3.High Level of Experience 4.Additional, objective perspectives on problems 5.Cost effective way to increase resources Reduced Recruiting Costs Reduced Hiring and Staffing and Reduced Health and Benefit Costs Effectively you are hiring a complete staff of scientists, dedicated to serving your needs.

Benefits to YOU Benefits of Outsourcing 1.Pay only for the services needed 2.No capital equipment to purchase or maintain 3.High Level of Experience 4.Additional, objective perspectives on problems 5.Increased Resources 6.Built-In Infrastructure No re-organization No re-structuring No cross-training

Problem Solving Using all of our characterization capabilities we can help solve the following problems These powders are supposed to be the same, however this one consistently causes problems. These pharmaceutical tablets dissolve at different rates even though the formulation was the same. How does a change in my process affect the final product. Ive changed suppliers and was assured the raw materials were the same. Now I am having problems with quality.

Why should you choose Micromeritics Analytical Services ?

MAS Advantages People make the difference –Senior Scientists available to assist with your application –Research Engineers working on new measurement techniques Dr. Jim Olivier Dr. Jeff Kenvin and Tony Thornton, M.S.

MAS Advantages over the competition State-of-the-art Laboratory –We use only the most current instrumentation available. Dont settle for older generation instruments that are purchased at auctions. Experienced, well- trained, degreed analysts Gas Adsorption Lab

Lab Accreditations –FDA Registered –DEA Licensed –cGMP/GLP compliant –Active ASTM and ISO member –ACIL and ALMA –Strict confidentiality always maintained MAS Advantages

Quick Sample turnaround Competitive Prices Best Value Quality Results approved by experienced scientists A testimonial from one of our customers Greg, I want to thank you and your staff for all the work you have done. I have learned a great deal, not only about my materials and how to analyze them, but about Micromeritics and its people. I have had many conversations with many people in your organization and the service group. I have been extremely pleased with all my interactions and am convinced (once again) that Micromeritics is a company with which I want to do business! David Other satisfied customers have pointed out, You guys are the experts, why would I go anywhere else
