Provide continuing opportunity to expand leadership skills

Demonstrate one’s leadership skills in crisis situations
Explore one’s values and ethics as it relates to managing relationships with (and communicating with) outside parties (e.g., Boards of Directors and constituents)
Understand the value of a strategic narrative to lead & inspire, communicate vision & values, and explain who you are and what you believe
Explore how to build alliances and gain support to help market and implement ideas

Understand the nature of motivation and creating a desire to outperform in our associates and work groups
