20 BIMS (Breeding Information Management System)
To search and download publicly available breeding data To provide individual breeders with a secure and comprehensive online breeding management system which allows them to: Store, manage, archive and analyze their private breeding program data Manage data from the Field Book App, an android app for collecting phenotype data in the field To use BIMS for your private breeding program, create a GDR account and ask us for a breeder privilege.

21 Manage Breeding – Manage Program
In manage program section, you can edit information on your program and also add members and give them privilege to read or read and write. Add members and give them privilege to read or read/write

22 Data Import – Upload data from Templates
In data upload, files can be uploaded. The status of the upload is shown. The history of files uploaded is being added with submission details.

23 Search Accession Search accessions by any combination of properties and trait values and save/download

24 Comparison between datasets
Choose datasets to compare trait data

25 Future Development Continue to integrate genomic/genetic/breeding data
Site-wide search Bio-Mart type search/download tools Further development of BIMS All these are being developed as Tripal Modules Current Mainlab modules (template/loader, data display, search modules) have been released

26 The Team Finally, I’d like to thank the organizations listed here for providing funding to support CottonGen. If you have any questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to use the contact form on the website to contact us or catch us in person during the conference Any Questions?

27 Funding and Acknowledgement

28 Thank you!
