Job Details Berger Paints Virtual Campus Recruitment Program 2014 Non-Management front line sales cadre as “Sales Officer Trainee” in Decorative and Industrial Paints Division: The students who are appointed for the position of Sales Officer Trainees shall be on board from 2nd May 2014. All selected students will undergo training in the organization for a period of One Year for which the initial compensation being offered is a CTC of approx. Rs lakhs per annum. After training period, the Sales Officer Trainees will be confirmed as Senior Sales Officer with clearly defined responsibilities within the organization. The next level career progression will be as Sales Supervisor and finally into management grade as Sales Executive shall take an approx time frame of 3-4 years based on the performance of an individual.

Selection Process Berger Paints Virtual Campus Recruitment Program 2014 Step 1: Initial Screening based on applications received online to be conducted by Firstnaukri.com Step 2: On-line Test, which will comprise test questions related to Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Language, etc. to be conducted on Sunday, 15th December All candidates appearing for the On-line Test will be allotted an Id by Firstnaukri.com.

Selection Process Berger Paints Virtual Campus Recruitment Program 2014 Step 3: The Candidates scoring over and above a fixed cutoff mark in On-line Test shall be requested to appear for the initial round of Personal Interview Step 4: Personal Interview will be conducted within (23rd - 28th December 2013) at venues likely to be either in your State Capital City or in the nearest important Regional City, which will be communicated by us. All candidates shall have to reach the interview venue for a day at their own expense.

Selection Process Berger Paints Virtual Campus Recruitment Program 2014 Step 5: The final round of Personal Interview shall however be conducted through Video Conferencing mode with our Corporate Team, Kolkata within (6th – 8th January 2014). The Video Conferencing services provided by Reliance Web World Outlets located across India shall be used to establish link /connection with the candidates. Necessary co-ordination & the details of the same shall be ne informed accordingly in due time and formal announcement of the selected students shall be made thereafter. Step 6: Issuance of the Formal Offers shall be rolled out within 15 days of final selection with dispatches addressed to the Placement Coordinators of the respective institutions.
