3. Stewards of Change A Curriculum of Becoming
Online curriculum available to small cohorts (groups of people) who want to learn more about the values, principles and practices of becoming fully human in a sustainable world;
Groups can self-organize (choose their own members) and meet locally to work with the curriculum;
The curriculum is sequenced in learning modules but groups can choose to purchase the modules as a packaged curriculum or separately.

4. How did I get to this new place in my life?
Last time I saw you I was working for North Seattle Community College and we were in a class together. The class was called, “Speaking of Success” and we were tasked with defining and clarifying what success meant to each of us.
I took that opportunity to define what success meant to me, investigate what educational steps and professional options I needed to take, and interviewed people who were already successful in the field I was interested in.

5. What were the specific steps that I took?
Developed an advisory board for my non-profit organization
Wrote an initial grant that was funded
* Took a marketing class for non-profit organizations
* Went to UW’s School of Education and found I could complete a Ph.D. in transformative studies
* Interviewed Riane Eisler, author of The Real Wealth of Nations about her work in supporting global change

6. What did it take to get to where I am today?
Courage to go beyond my comfort zone
Asking others to help me
Believing that I still had something to contribute to the world
Wanting to live a freer, more creative life that was deeply rewarding but also gave me more time with my family and my garden.
