Definition: Analytical skills is the ability to capture, interpret, and classify extensive and limited relationships in a limited and short time. That is to be able to highlight the most important of e.g. a content and then to formulate it precisely and comprehensibly.

What people with analytical skills should master in advising and supporting the VO Recognize work and counseling processes and backgrounds and understand its consequences To be able to capture complex structures at a glance To be able to assess the strengths and weaknesses of used methods Critical consideration of approaches Development of original ideas for optimizing ways of working You have an affinity for improving existing structures and processes You are able to do teamwork with a focus on common aims You are actively involved in the implementation of development measures and activities You contribute to a positive course of advice and support in the VO

It has to be analyzed what kind of know-how, skills and abilities the person to be consulted has as well as the strengths and weaknesses and these must be matched with the requirements for a specific training / apprenticeship Identification of the career opportunities that are most suited for a person profile
