‘Condensate blockage’ region of high liquid saturation close to the well
Far from the well, liquid saturation is < 2% (as in CVD expt)
Most of the pressure drawdown occurs close to the well, so condensate blockage has a large impact on deliverability.

Semilog plot shows importance of ‘condensate blockage’ region.
With no condensate blockage, p vs log(r) is roughly linear.
Steeper gradient near well is due to condensate blockage.
