2 Fig 1 Activated clotting time (ACT, mean ± standard deviation). Closed circles indicate the high-dose (H) group and open circles the low-dose (L) group. Samples were obtained at the following time points: before induction of anesthesia (Bef); 5 minutes after heparin administration (Hep); 10, 60, and 90 minutes after the initiation of cardiopulmonary bypass (10m, 60m, and 90m); 5 minutes after protamine administration (Pro); and 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours after the termination of cardiopulmonary bypass (1h, 3h, 6h, 12h, and 24h).
