Animal Facts
Diet
The Emu is a Omnivore. They eat foods such as Insects, Types of Acacia, Grass, Casuarina, Fruits and shoots of roots, etc.
Description
The Emu has a brown body, and a black neck with a average height as big as 5 ½ and a average weight as heavy as 100 pounds! It has long fur and a very long neck, its eggs can weigh up to 10 pounds or less which is a lot for a bird!
Movement
The Emu moves by Running, and when it goes for full speed, it crouches and keeps running. When a Dingo is in sight, The Emu zigzags when the dog is in sight. the Dingo will be like, “Who do I get?” “How will get them?”

3. Habitat

The Emu lives in the Outback, the Savannah and Woodlands all in Australia. [It is also a good farm animal!] Its habitat is almost never cold especially in the Outback, In places such as the Woodlands and Savannah It has a lot of tufty grass, The Outback has very little grass, but the Woodlands and Savannahs have a grassy environment, with many Emus.

4. Life Cycle
The Emu is born by egg, the egg is usually dark green, and 6 babies or less are born at a time and they take 56 days to be born! When the mother lays the eggs she leaves and goes somewhere else, while the dad takes care of the eggs and can lose weight while nesting.

Emus usually live up to Years If they don’t get killed by a Dingo, the adults are very tall and as tall as the average 5 ½ Normal adult, they are also very big and weigh up to 100 pounds! And have a longer neck
than the average child Emu.

5. Animal Interactions
Emus usually just walk past each over 50% of the time, when they are not walking they are mating! Whenever a Human is in sight the Emu treats it as a parent or a few times they attack. they follow it around for a while then they do their own things, such as mating [Cause they mate a lot] Or just walking around and enjoying the warm weather of Australia, or they can just eat shoots, Acacia or fruits, Grass, Casuarina. Anything on mind.

Emus are good swimmers, and can run up to 30 mph!
The Emus Predator is the Dingo!
The Emu shall fear the Dingo, sometimes when the Emu meets a Dingo face to face, the Emu kicks the Dingo as hard as it can to defend itself against the Evil Dingo!

Emu eggs can weigh up to 10 Lbs, and they are dark green! Close to blackish green.
