Puritans and other English settlers moved to the Massachusetts Area in the 1600s. John Harvard, who died at 31, bequeathed his fortune to begin a center for learning. Harvard University is still in operation and is among the most renowned colleges in America. How did John Harvard change the place?

The Spanish moved to Latin America. Why? Gold, colonization, and to convert Native Americans. How did they change the place?

Members of the Boudreaux family moved from France to Acadia in the 1600s. Later, the family moved to New Orleans. Why? Opportunity for land, trade, adventure. How did they change the place?
