10. Encyclopedia of the American Constitution
Contains articles on doctrinal concepts of constitutional law, (such as federalism, freedom of speech, age discrimination, the establishment clause), people associated with the development and interpretation of the constitution, articles on all amendments to the constitution, famous court cases, public laws (statutes, treaties, and executive orders) (such as the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990), plus articles on constitutional history.
