Our Process Empathize – Understand who you are designing your exhibit for - go talk to and 8th grader or two. Ideate – Brainstorm - draw out or outline multiple ideas! Keep the YABUT out of the room - all ideas count! Prototype - Mock up you idea. At scale or to scale – MacGyver approach duck tape, cardboard and markers Test - Show your prototype to an 8th grader.

Each company at each table describe what your company does, what you do. The remainder of the folks at the table write one or two words that they feel describes what you do from what they heard. 1 ideas per post it, “yes and” each other and listen

3. Careers and Life Skills
Simplify your messaging to the students At each table have an open discussion; tell your story of how you got to where you are today – educational career path to actual job. Remember to give each person time to tell their story and for others to give feedback. Active listening – help each other out by writing notes, on post its, for each other to take back with them.
