In March 2015 the College Management Group approved the College Research Strategy. The Strategy was led by David Cumming (as Dean of Research) and Research Champions from each of our Schools.
The Strategy has three objectives
Objective 1: Quality and Research Impact
Objective 2: Research Grant Support
Objective 3: Internationalisation
I’m going to briefly cover Research Grant Support.

2. Research Grant Support College of Science and Engineering
Objective
increase the participation levels of R&T staff in winning research funding so that they can improve both the quantity and the quality of their research.
