1 Be kind to your mind We all go through low points at times in our lives and it is not unusual to experience symptoms such as stress, anxiety and depression. Health in Mind is a free NHS service for anyone in East Sussex experiencing these kinds of emotional or psychological difficulties.

2 Health in Mind offer a variety of treatment options all at a time or location convenient to you.
Whether it’s 1:1 treatment, guided self help, educational courses or online treatment. Our skilled therapists provide the support you need to feel positive and in control once again. But getting help earlier can make a huge difference…

To access the service or find out more, speak to your GP today or contact us directly. If we can’t help, we’ll find a service that can. You can use our website to quickly and easily refer yourself and get rapid access to our courses: You can also call us Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm on: “I’ve never experienced anything like it.
