3. What does URL means… URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator
It is basically a series of characters which allow you to access a certain website on the World Wide Web

4. The Parts of a URL
A URL comprises of two components: the protocol identifier and the resource locator
The protocol identifier signifies the method of the search, the most common being ‘http’
The resource locator indicates the IP address or the domain name of the webpage and is separated from the protocol identifier by a ‘://’

Uploading refers to data being store in a website permanently or temporarily. Data is uploaded onto website so that people that access the website can see the data so the information is shared.

A web browser is an application software that allows it users to retrieve information or data from the internet. It also allows them to web servers in private networks.
The commonly used web browsers are Chrome, Opera, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox.
