Mental Health Matters Teacher Testimonials I liked how the audio files were interactive for the students.  Although I sat with them through the activity, they could have done it independently or as a group without assistance.  The audio lesson provided comprehensible input using consistent and repetitive English language… The dialogue was very meaningful for the students.  2018 Joint CIG Dissemination Event

Mental Health Matters Teacher Testimonials I liked how I was able to download the file so that I could pull it up later.  This was helpful considering the area we were in had no internet availability.  The duration of the file was good too: just enough time for students to practice what they learned.  This media was a good supplement to our theme and I look forward to using more of the audio files next summer.   2018 Joint CIG Dissemination Event

Mental Health Matters Live Well... Try staying away from drugs and alcohol. This is not always easy, so find strategies that work. Using drugs or alcohol to feel better is harmful to you. If you use alcohol or drugs, be honest and tell your therapist or doctor because it affects your care plan. Stay positive. Surround yourself with positive messages, people and activities. This will help you feel better. 2018 Joint CIG Dissemination Event
