Gainford Surgery “Striving towards excellence” 98% of Gainford patients describe their overall experience as GOOD In all areas surveyed Gainford surgery results are better than the CCG average & NHSE NHSE GP Patient Survey –January-March 2017 (data: NHSE stats- 127 responses)

60 Comments -collated into 4 service areas (each area mentioned is counted e.g. if 4 areas commented by the patient=4 counts) Appointments –ease of access Care Navigation – How well Reception team showed care, signposted services in/out of the surgery and were efficient Clinical Care – where GP or Nurse clinical care was commented on Overall – where all service areas shown above were considered met 80% of patients are happy with key surgery services (patient feedback) 42% of patients mentioned 3 areas (these vary by patient) 38% of patients are happy with all feedback areas 90% of patients surveyed are “extremely likely to recommend Gainford surgery Results are consistent month on month – THANK YOU TO ALL OUR PATIENTS FOR YOUR FEEDBACK
