Aims
To introduce participants to an effective instructional strategy that allows a single teacher to teach through conducting multiple small groups simultaneously in the same large class.

Learning Outcomes
This session is designed to give staff the opportunity to:
Explore the basic concepts of TBL and the role of the TBL facilitator
Recognise the utility of TBL in teaching the application and integration of knowledge
Recognise the utility of TBL in providing students with opportunities to practice aspects of professionalism, including communication, problem solving, social interaction, and peer evaluation
