20. Common Q & A Q: What kind of batteries are used?
A: All of our units use 2-”N” size 1.5volt batteries in each muff
Q: My unit doesn’t turn on
A: 80% of the time the batteries are in backwards
Q: I here a “whomp-whomp” sound in the muff
A: The batteries are weak, normal life is 200 hours
Q: They don’t turn off like my other’s do, are they working?
A: Yes, they do not turn off or “clip” when a loud sound enters the muff, they compress the sound to a safe level using DLSC™ technology
