Students had a wonderful time at our annual Fall Fest! Thank you to all the parents that were able to attend. We hope you enjoyed yourself as well!
Test folders will be going home this week. If you have not sent in your child’s signed test folder and papers, please do so by Wednesday this week.
Outstanding job Jayla, Titus, and Ava! These students were the top 3 Lexia Superstars from last week! Combined, they earned 100 units in Lexia!
Excellent job to Cayden, Kynlee, and Riley! These girls are our top 3 Zearners for last week!

2. Study Tips Math: ELA: Social Living:
Our new sprint has gone home today. Sprints should be completed in 5 minutes or less. Make sure to practice your sprint 8 times before Friday.
Our Math Test on Module 3 will be this Wednesday.
A completed study guide went home today. Please use this study guide along with our weekly extra credit sheet to help your child prepare for their test.
Extra Credit is due back Monday, November 12th.
ELA:
Last Friday, the class started our new novel, Survival Swamp. We hope to be finished this novel by November 16th.
We will continue to discuss comparing and contrasting.
Students will take a Cold Read test this Wednesday. The best way to prepare for a cold read is to ensure your child is reading NIGHTLY.
Social Living:
This week we will start a social studies unit on Louisiana Culture.
This is an exciting unit for our students because we get to study Louisiana History. At the end of this unit, we will have a Louisiana Cultural Day. More information regarding this will go home in the coming weeks.
A Biography Poster Project was sent home today. Please look over the requirements on how to complete this poster.
