What we’re learning: Reminders We have another busy week ahead of us in second grade! Everyone is doing a fantastic job adjusting to our procedures and expectations for second grade! Word Study: This week we will be focusing on words with open syllables. We will also continue to work on closed and VCe word patterns as well. Reading: We will be working on story structure and plot. We will be focusing on determining what happens in the beginning, middle, end of a story. Math: We will be taking our end of Module 1 Math assessment on Wednesday. We will then be moving on to Module 2 and measurement! If you still haven’t had a chance to get your supply money sent in, please do so. If we haven’t received supply money for your child, a note was sent home as a reminder today. Thank you!
