3 Housing FIP Phase two – 2015 extended for 5 years
KCC approached regarding more integrated approach with housing Recruited additional TSO to support role Caseload 10-15 Intensive housing management Whole family support

4 Criteria Child under age of 18 – plus any two of:
Crime and anti-social behaviour Education Children who need help Out of work Families affected by domestic abuse Parents/ children with a range of health problems

5 How do we help? Income collected- links into money matters team
Children back into education Parents back into work Parenting skills Whole family approach in dealing with a range of tenancy issues

6 outcomes Payment By Results (PBR) Income collected ASB reduction
Preparing to get back into work / training Counselling Back into education Making best use of our stock

7 Case study This referral came through our income team due to rent arrears, property condition. Our initial assessment showed Rent arrears - threat of eviction Domestic abuse - perpetuated by former partner Mental Health issues Overcrowding Childs low school attendance
