3 As of 2013 Census, the Population of Stanislaus County is 525,491 As of May 13, 2013 Stanislaus County has: 11,055 CalWorks cases active 43,588 Calfresh programs 97,270 Medi-Cal programs and 8,254 Welfare to Work participants STANISLAUS COUNTY STATISTICS
