3. Coaches, Good day, here are the step by step instructions on how to get into got soccer and do you back ground checks and the cdc heads up video if you need it. There are only about 5 of you who need to take the cdc video course. Thank you all for volunteering for our players.

5. Now under Teams and Team Officials click the Login Button
Now under Teams and Team Officials click the Login Button. On this page under Individual Coach you will enter your Username and Password. If you need them, get you’re your Registrar at

6. After you log in this is what you will see
After you log in this is what you will see. First thing is go to the Profile tab and click it, then make sure that all of your Bio graphics are correct, please use a physical address (NO PO Boxes). Also please upload a recent facial picture of yourself. Don’t forget to click the Update Contact Info button on the bottom

10. Fill out the following boxes on the left; legal name, gender, date of birth, SSN, Phone Number, address (no PO Boxes), address. These are all required. Then on the right fully read and click the yes or no box. Scroll down

11. Background check fee is $0. 00, this is aid by the club
Background check fee is $0.00, this is aid by the club. Read the contents in the box and scroll to the bottom. Once completed put a check in the yes or no box and click on Submit

12. You have now completed the back ground check application
You have now completed the back ground check application. It will take a few days to complete this step. You will need to log back in to check the status. Technically you are to have no contact with club players until this is completed. So do it ASAP
Now click on the Concussion Center tab,
If you need to do the CDC Heads UP Video.
This video is good for two years from the last time you took it.

Here is what you will see if you already did it. Your status will tell you when you last took it. This one to your left is good until next year.

15. This on is a new one. You will need to click on the blue start course button in the middle of the page. Once you complete this you are done.
