2 Name Date Class Hour Assignment Cornell Notes Write your name, date, class, and class hour in the upper right hand corner (see above). Write the topic of the notes (ex. Civil War, Emancipation Proclamation, Panama Canal, Types of Government) on the top line (see above – Topic “Cornell Notes”).
