Good for online viewing and print
(for presentations use wide width template)

2. Instructions on how to use template efficiently
Always create a new slide by clicking on the down arrow on ‘New slide’ button on tool bar – click on slide style you require
Avoid creating your own tables – the templates are in the new slide area
Type over the ‘click to add’ text to ensure correct typeface is used throughout
Avoid adjusting typesize unless space is an issue (rethink content – can people really read it?)
Do not go below 14pt type size
Follow layout formats for use of photographic images and for dropping in images from other reports (dashboards etc)
