Quick access to learning catalogs EH&S UC Training, IT Academy from the home page. Current learning on ME tab. Use GROUPS to view class content and participate in class discussions for courses that use groups. Short support videos and instructions will be available under announcements on the main panel.

In order to assign a mandatory class you need to select the Register radio button. You can expand the filters to search by course or class ID. You need to select a course and class. You can select multiple classes.

20. Recurring Course
Once you complete the refresher, your progress will switch from In Progress to Successful and your expiration date indicates when you are due to renew the class. You can print your certificate of completion. An will fire when the class is coming due again. In this example, you would be in compliance for a year after taking the training. You can also check the status in HTP at any time.

22. EH&S Training Manager – Training Overdue Report
For every person on a Manager’s roster who has one or more mandatory courses assigned that are 30 days or more overdue, this report shows:
the trainee
the course information
when they last completed the course (if applicable),
when it is was due
by how many days it is overdue
The filter can be changed to meet your requirements.
The report can then be scheduled to be ed to you automatically.
