Ensure you are catering for every member of the group. Every one must feel like they belong. That can be achieved by good observance.
Diversity:
Diversity is the hardest to do live with in society and also the most dangerous thing to live without.
Observe:
Good observance will allow you to see the missing link. By observing you allow yourself to see things better from a different perspective.
Finances:
Don’t make it too expensive, but if it is worth it, the money will come.
