This Workplace Capability, Financial Literacy, is important in the Accounting field to understand the mathematical theories and skills needed to speak intelligently to clients that rely on your expertise. I have used formulas I have learned in this course to help create a secure financial future for clients.

5. Problem solving
The Workplace Capability Problem Solving is important in the world of Accounting because most of the work involves a problem that needs to be solved. Perfecting the skills needed in solving either mathematical problems or a future financial situation is key to success.
