Matt, Human Resources Graduate Internationalizing your classroom!
My experience with an international course-based project truly enhanced my HR competencies for both the domestic and global context. By working with a Brasilian partner, I gained insight and sensitivity to a new culture. It provided me with the opportunity to use classroom skills in a practical setting. The fact that the Brasilian project team was depending on the work I was completing provided me with a profound sense of pride. Matt, Human Resources Graduate Internationalizing your classroom!
