Changes in uterine contraction (UC) frequency from the day of hCG administration to ET in groups A (early-onset luteal support) and B (conventional-onset luteal support). In group A (n = 43, solid circles), a significant decrease in the UC frequency was observed (P<.001), whereas in group B (n = 41, open circles), UC frequency remained steady.
