3- In the home page of Success Factors system, please use the drop-down menu to select “Objectives”.

4- In order to view the objectives of your subordinates, use the drop-down menu at the top left corner then select the desired subordinate.

5- In the Objectives’ page, please make sure you are on the Personal Performance Goals FY 19 tab from the drop-down menu in the upper part of the page.
