Children will enter via the Year 3 classroom door at the side of the building at 8:50am.

They will be expected to hang their belongings up and enter the classroom with all equipment needed for the day.

4. Homework
Children are expected to read 4 times per week. Reading records are collected in on a Thursday.
Weekly spellings to learn (5 words) with a related challenge. Given out and tested on a Thursday.
My Maths task set every Thursday to complete by the following Thursday.

5. Reading
Your child will learn HOW to read and key reading skills during Guided Reading sessions in class.
These are skills which will then need to be reinforced by home reading.
We want your child to enjoy reading and sharing lots of different kinds of books with you!
