2 6-13, dealt with boundary changes
Wilson’s 14 Points 1-5, were issues that Wilson believed had to be addressed to prevent another war. 6-13, dealt with boundary changes 14, called for the creation of an international organization to address diplomatic crises (League of Nations)

3 The Big four French Premier- Georges Clemenceau
British Prime Minister- David Lloyd George Italian Prime Minister- Vittorio Orlando Woodrow Wilson No Central Powers or Russia invited.

4 Treaty of Versailles Established nine new nations
Barred Germany from having an army Return Alsace-Lorraine to France Germany had to pay Reparations, payment for damages War Guilt Clause (Article 231)- Germany had to solely accept responsibility for War

5 Opposition to the Treaty
Many believed the League of Nations would threaten isolationism Henry Cabot Lodge, Senator Suspicious of the provision for joint economic and military action against aggression, even though it was voluntary.

6 Wilson No compromise Wilson gave speeches about the League, even falling ill. Has a Stroke and unable to push treaty or the league Senators refuse to sign Treaty of Versailles and join the League of Nations.
