4. Federal employee participation in NCMA NCMA asked Office of Government Ethics (OGE) for opinion on federal employees participating in NCMA activities. OGE response notes that NCMAs letter indicates a good understanding of the Standards of Conduct applicable to executive branch personnel. DoD Standards of Conduct Office (SOCO) also issuing response. NCMA will issue guidance to members in coming weeks.
