One and half years process for EV/PHEV/HEV/FCV Sub-Group
Finalize draft test procedures by the end of Sep. 2011,
Start validation tests from the beginning of Oct
2 phases approach
Develop draft test procedures.
Discuss/Refine test procedures by overall review.

What performance values are necessary? / What procedures (tests, calculations, etc.) are necessary?
