Triceps brachii Anterior deltoid Biceps brachii Execution: (Basic) Begin in a supine position on a flat bench or floor. Position resistance at chest level with elbows bent. Exhale while slowly contracting chest muscles and pressing resistance toward the ceiling, keeping a slight bend in the elbows. Inhale while slowly returning to the starting position. Can be executed single arm or double arm Variations: Add Kettle Bell Add Dumbbells Add Bench
