The cell membrane is the second layer of the cell it lets things enter and exit the cell
A house has a door and it lets things enter and exit from the house
They both let things come and go within the them

5. Cytoplasm
The cytoplasm is like a jelly substance that hold the organelles
A house has floors they hold everything inside the house like furniture, tables and chairs.
They both hold things in place

6. Chloroplast
Chloroplast this only in plant cells and they have chlorophyll it absorbs the energy from the sun
A house may have solar panels to power some parts of the house
They both collect energy from the sun

Mitochondria are organelles that convert food into energy for the cell

The golgi apparatus are organelles that collect and distribute proteins and other important things
A house has a fridge. It collects and distributes food that is needed to make meals
