Easy to clean up ½ the price of Oil Based Not as durable as Oil Based Fades easily

4 Paint Oil Based Tough Long lasting Resistant to wear and tear
Cleans up nicely Requires special brushes and chemicals such as paint thinners.

5 Paint Finishes Flat/Matte
This paint finish is usually used on interior walls. Does not reflect light Used to camouflage small bumps, cracks, or other imperfections. Does not clean very well, some paint may rub off. Used as ceiling paint.

7 Paint Finishes Eggshell – Very low sheen.
Has the appearance of an eggshell. Good for walls and holds up better with cleaning than a flat finish paint.

Shiny finish mimics the look of enamel or plastic. Magnifies imperfections. Use in contemporary settings.
